Despite numerous letters and a court appearance the owner of this empty property still refuses to tidy the decaying house. The council has issued a section 215 notice, but little seems to have been done, though there were promises of a sale in the future. 
Section 215 Notice:
If the Local Planning Authority considers that the condition of land or buildings is having a harmful effect on the area they may serve a Notice under Section 215 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
