This beautiful mews house in the centre of London has been empty for a long time falling into wrack and ruin. It’s such a shame as demand in this area is sky high but the owner, thought to be ill or deceased, is absent. As the photo shows the upstairs window has been crudely taped over where it has been broken and the letterbox has been glued shut where fliers had been stuffed in, causing a fire hazard behind the door.
SEH is aware the property was formerly owned by a well-known car enthusiast but information is now sketchy. It is hoped the situation will be sorted out soon.
Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Council it’s time something was done about this spectacular but down on its luck piece of property.
